Please read our payment and refund policy carefully before making any payment. By paying SSJ Digital, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All Payments Are Final
SSJ Digital provides digital services only. Therefore, all payments made to SSJ Digital are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back, whether work has started or not.
2. Payment Terms
In most cases, full payment is required before any service begins.
In selected projects, SSJ Digital may allow a 50% advance payment to initiate work. In such cases, the remaining 50% must be paid once approximately 50% of the work is completed. Work will continue only after the remaining balance is received.
3. Payment Verification & Brand Identity
SSJ Digital is a branch/unit of SSJ Developer. Therefore, while making payment, you may see the payment receiver name displayed as SSJ Digital, SSJ Developer, or the owner name Satendra, depending on the payment method or platform used.
Before making any payment, clients must confirm payment details directly with our team. After completing payment, clients must also verify payment confirmation with our team.
If payment is sent to an incorrect account, entered incorrectly, or is not received by us due to user error, SSJ Digital/SSJ Developer will not be responsible. The client remains solely responsible for verifying payment details and successful transfer.
No service will start until the payment is successfully received and verified by our team.
4. Service Delivery
All services are delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, and project requirements discussed before payment. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
4. No Guarantee of Results
SSJ Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, leads, approvals, or business outcomes. We apply our best professional efforts and proven experience to achieve the best possible results based on your selected service.
5. Client Agreement
By making payment to SSJ Digital, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
